• When you buy: your name, email address, billing address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.

• When you browse: basic usage data our website platform, Squarespace, collects through cookies, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.

• When you email us: whatever you choose to include.

• To deliver your download, send your receipt and help if a file won't open.

• To send the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.

• To understand which pages and posts are useful, so we can improve them.

• To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the store, each under its own privacy policy: Squarespace (website, checkout, email campaigns and analytics), our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal), and, if the law requires it, tax authorities or courts.

Squarespace uses cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to seven years. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. The site is for working photographers and sellers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
