Terms of sale

One purchase, one studio.

These terms apply when you buy from productphotomachine.com, which is run by [Legal business name] ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Product Photography Machine: Book + Template Pack is a digital download: the book as PDF and EPUB, 8 templates (PDF and spreadsheet files) and 4 workflow scripts. Nothing physical is shipped. The download link appears after checkout and arrives in your receipt email.

Price, payment and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, including any discount code. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our payment processor. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's added at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. If the link doesn't arrive or stops working, email hello@productphotomachine.com with your order number and we'll send a new one.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly as downloads, sales are final. If a file is damaged or won't open, email hello@productphotomachine.com within 30 days and we'll send a working copy or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.

If you're in the EU or UK: by completing checkout, you ask for the download to start right away and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has begun. This doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty.

Your license

  • You may use the book and templates in your own studio or business, including work for clients.

  • You may print and edit the templates for that use.

  • You may not resell, share, upload or give away the book or the blank templates, alone or as part of another product.

  • One purchase covers one person or one studio.

  • The four scripts come with their own open-source license (the LICENSE file in each script's folder), which governs their use.

  • We keep the copyright in the book and templates.

The information in the book

The book describes marketplace image rules and tools as they stood when it was written. Marketplaces change their rules, so check the current rules for each channel before you rely on them. The book and files are provided "as is" and without a guarantee that they will meet your particular needs or that following them will get any listing approved. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], USA, except where the consumer laws of your own country give you more protection.
